REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At ARTSER LTD, we operate a transparent and fair returns and refund process designed specifically for our collection-only, face-to-face payment system.

Because all customers inspect their goods at the time of collection before payment is completed, issues are extremely rare. However, we provide the following policy for customer protection:

1. Inspection at Collection

Before payment is taken, customers have the opportunity to:

• Inspect all items

• Confirm quantities match the invoice

• Verify condition, packaging, and expiration dates (where applicable)

Once the customer confirms they are satisfied, payment is processed via our card terminal and goods are released.

2. Returns After Collection

As products are inspected prior to payment and collected in person, ARTSER LTD does not accept returns once goods have left our distribution centre, except where legally required under UK consumer law.

Returns may be accepted only if:

• The product is proven to be defective

• The issue could not have been detected during collection inspection

• The defect is reported within 48 hours of collection

• The product is unused and in original packaging

We may require photographic evidence or return of the product for inspection.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

• A product is deemed faulty or not as described

• Replacement or exchange is not possible

• The issue qualifies under UK consumer protection legislation

Refunds are returned to the same payment method used during collection.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Items inspected and accepted at collection

• Items damaged after leaving our premises

• Products not stored properly after collection

• Goods purchased by businesses for resale (B2B transactions are exempt from consumer refund rules unless faulty)
