2. Ordering Process

Orders may be placed:

  • Via direct message

  • Through official communication channels

Full product details and pricing are provided individually for each customer, due to large stock variation.

3. Invoice & Payment

  • Every order generates a formal invoice with a unique reference number.

  • Customers are required to book a collection appointment before visiting any distribution centre.

  • No upfront payments or deposits are taken.

  • Payment is completed in person via card terminal during the collection appointment.

  • Goods are released only after successful payment.

4. Collection Appointments

  • ARTSER LTD operates strictly on an appointments-only basis.

  • Walk-ins are not permitted.

  • Customers must arrive within their scheduled window.

  • Missed appointments may require rescheduling and may delay availability.

5. Product Information

  • Prices, availability, and product details are confirmed directly with the customer.

  • Some products may vary in appearance due to manufacturer updates, packaging changes, or regional variants.

6. Liability

ARTSER LTD is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage after goods leave our premises

  • Misuse or improper storage of products

  • Business losses, lost resale profits, or indirect damages

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these terms.

8. Privacy

All customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law.
Any disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.
